Progress at 15 North Audley Street

Temporary works to support the retained masonry structure and facade are in place and the internal floor structure has been demolished. New structural steel framing has been fabricated is being installed to form the new floor structure.

Construction off the new lift shaft is underway as is the cleaning and refurbishment of the retained facade.

Stansted Library given the green light

We have been given instructions to proceed with the working drawing and construction stages for the new Community Hub and Library in Stansted Mountfitchet.
The Practice gained planning approval for the scheme back in November 2013, but the scheme has been on hold whilst funding and discussions with the Essex Library Service have been finalised.

Updated DDS launched

Our Document & Data Store has been relaunched with a new ‘File Explorer’ view. Users should now find it significantly easier to navigate around the file structure and those with ‘Upload’ permissions can now ‘Supersede’ previous versions of documents.

Our in house project administrators now have the facility to select multiple files and perform the same action to them, be it to supersede, move or delete.
