Moxley Architects have been appointed to act as executive architects working with Legendre UK and BNPP to progress the project for the proposed 16 storey mixed-use commercial and residential Parker Tower in Covent Garden. The commission also includes the construction of an adjacent 3 storey affordable housing development.

Having gained planning approval for the development of Cecil Rosen Court back in March this year, Moxley Architects have recently been instructed to proceed with the working drawing and construction phases of the project.

At the end of January, Moxley Architects were approached by Jewish Blind and Disabled (JBD) to look at an existing planning proposal and advise on how the scheme should be revised in the light of adverse comments received from the Hertsmere planning officers.
Moxley Architects were selected by JBD because of their strong track record of dealing with listed buildings and conservation areas.
The scheme was substantially revised following lengthy discussions with the client and planning officers, and the new planning application was submitted for approval on 23rd February, just 4 weeks after being commissioned.
Peckham Rye Sports Pavilion

Moxley Architects have been commissioned, following a limited interview process by Southwark Council, to design a new Sports Changing Pavilion in Peckham Rye Park.
The first part of the commission is to identify potential places within the park to locate the facility before moving onto detail design and making the appropriate planning applications.
