Private Residence, St John’s Wood
The total re-planning and refurbishment of a five storey house in a gated development in St John’s Wood.
Working closely with landscape and interior designers the house was completely reconfigured to provide all family members with their own floor level that included bedroom, bathroom and private study / recreation spaces.
The ground floor kitchen / dining area was provided with all new fittings and a bespoke fireplace. The adjacent rear garden and second floor terrace at the side of the property were all totally redesigned.
The property is in a Conservation Area and therefore approval from Westminster was required for new juliette balconies at first floor level leading from the main reception space.
